How long does a typical project take?
Most builds ship in two to four weeks after the audit. Larger systems with multiple integrations take four to eight. You see progress every week.
Can we see examples of your work?
Yes. On the discovery call, we walk you through recent projects close to your use case. Some clients prefer we don’t publish their names, which we respect, but we’ll show you what was built and what it changed for them.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. 100% of the software, the setup, and the documentation is handed to you. You can run it yourself or bring it in-house whenever you want.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Almost always, yes. If a tool has a way to share data, we connect to it. If it doesn’t, we build the bridge.
Do we need to be technical to work with you?
No. Most of our clients aren’t. You know your business, we translate it into software. No jargon unless you ask.
What happens if something breaks after you’re gone?
You own the code and the documentation, so any developer can maintain it. Most clients take us up on the Operate tier: we monitor, patch, and fix. You can stop or bring it in-house at any time.
How much does it cost to keep it running?
Usage-based. Simple systems run under a hundred euros a month. AI-heavy systems cost more. We pass through hosting and third-party costs at cost, no markup.
